At Sheffield Live! you can learn how to DJ, present radio programmes, create your own website or learn to write a play. You can represent what’s best about you and where you live. And you will be using industry standard equipment in one of 3 studios.

Sheffield Live! has friendly and experienced trainers and mentors. Our training courses cover media and communication skills, community reporting, programme production and presentation.

We currently offer free training courses for young people aged 16-18 who are not in education, employment or training. This is supported Sheffield City Council, European Social Fund and Learning and Skills Council and beneficiaries may qualify for Educational Maintenance Allowance . We also offer customised training courses for groups and organisations including in how to use the media. Contact us to find out more.
